2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in cases where a technical issue or service failure is confirmed to be on our side and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription fees after the trial period has been used.
• Payments for already-rendered services or consumed usage.
• Change-of-mind cancellations after the service has been activated.

Account Deletion Policy

You have the right to request the deletion of your Udyambook account and associated personal data at any time. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

2. What Gets Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion request, the following will be permanently removed or anonymized:

• Your account profile, including name, email, phone and business details.
• Transactional and billing history linked to your account.
• Saved customer data, inventory records and coupons created by you.
• Login credentials and session data.

3. What We Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Records required for tax, accounting or legal compliance.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you.

5. Verification and Processing

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Active subscriptions, if any, should be cancelled before deletion.
