For premium subscriptions, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Udyambook. We do not claim ownership of your business data, invoices, or customer information. You can export your data at any time.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
Udyambook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bihar, India.
